Some marketing problems drag on for months. The website everyone knows needs changing, the campaign that never goes live because there's always “one more thing”, the LinkedIn profile that doesn't say what you do today. They aren't hard, but they're never the most urgent thing on the list.
The 5-Day Sprint exists for those problems. We pick one, agree on what's in and what's out, and work five business days in a row until it's done.
How the week works
- Day 1, understand and prioritize: kickoff call, review of what exists and a clear definition of what we'll deliver.
- Day 2, design the solution: structure, messaging and plan.
- Day 3, build: copy, design, campaign or whatever the Sprint calls for.
- Day 4, review and test: we go through it with you and adjust.
- Day 5, deliver or launch: you get what we agreed on, plus next steps in writing.
Depending on the Sprint, what you get on Friday is a strategy ready to execute, a finished piece or a launched campaign.
What needs to be ready first
The five days start once we have the access and materials. If on Monday we're waiting for the website password or the team photo, the week loses a day. Before we start, we send you a short list of what we need.
When it doesn't make sense
If the problem doesn't fit in five days, we'll tell you and find another format. A full rebrand or a website from scratch are usually longer projects. It also isn't the right fit if what you need is someone posting and managing things every week: that's what monthly management is for.
And with campaigns, the campaign launches on day 5, but results come later: ads need a few weeks to learn. That's why many ad Sprints continue with monthly support.
Which Sprints are available
